I will be calling you at the number you provided at your chosen time.  Please make sure you are ready for the call.  If you are more than 5 mins late, the call will be canceled.

Please make sure that you are in a quiet room and able to sit down and talk.  While I will work with you the best I can, this call can not be done while you are walking through the store or driving in your car, it just doesn't work.

I do understand that sometimes life gets in the way and this is very important to you.  Let me know if you can not make the appointment and we will reschedule if we can.
